If I allow myself to strip it all away and really listen, I always know what is right; sometimes, (a) culture gets in the way of my hearing and I feel bad that it takes me so long to get where I want to go, but then I remember I am only human and give myself a break. I hope you are/will be as kind to yourself on your journey as you would be to your loved ones. You are walking a brave path. :) L
